Lecture Description

The second class will be an application of the first lecture but using integrated SO of the samples used in paper below. The focus will be on dimensionality reduction, cell clustering, and cell type identification and quantification. It is to be noted that handling batch effects by scRNA-seq Data Integration for the initial clustering and two-way ANOVA for re-clustering (of a specific cell type) will also be covered in this class.
