  • Acquire overview of Cancer Genomics
  • Learn to analyze RNA-seq at single-cell and bulk level using R programming language and RStudio software

PC Requirement

Practical session will require a PC running R/RStudio for data analysis. A minimum of 8GB of RAM is required, but having more is recommended for optimal performance.

Course participants will receive username & password to access Student Area a few weeks before the course begins.
