Lecture Description

The initial lecture will consist of a concise overview of Cancer Genomics & Single Cell Research and it will introduce single-cell RNA-seq Data Analysis in Seurat. Together, we will perform basic operations such as creating the Seurat object, Data QC and transformation to get the data ready will be performed during this session for further analysis that result to reproducing the analysis and figures from the published paper (see below).
