Multiomics approaches, often include integrating RNA-seq with other Hi-C, and ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq data. Integrating such diverse data types, allows researchers to gain more comprehensive insights into genomic architecture, chromatin accessibility, and protein-DNA interactions and enhances our understanding of complex biological systems. This lecture will provide an overview of the most popular multiomics technologies: Hi-C, ChIP-seq, and ATAC-seq, along with efficient methods for analyzing the data. I will also illustrate how multi-omic approaches can help us understand the function of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in cell differentiation.
