Abstract | セミナー概要

Language: English

Cell–cell communication is a fundamental process that governs tissue function, immune responses, and disease progression. This lecture introduces computational methods for decoding intercellular signaling from transcriptomic and single-cell datasets. We will discuss how ligand–receptor interactions can be identified, signaling networks inferred, and communication pathways analyzed using bioinformatics approaches. The lecture will also highlight ConnectomeDB, our most up-to-date, manually curated, and highly accurate database of ligand–receptor interactions in human, mouse, and 12 other mammalian species.
